PURPOSE OF ROLE The individual is hired for the North America Detention and Demurrage team, focusing on filing and invoicing. They are expected to identify root causes, support upstream fixes, reduce disputes, and improve invoice quality.

You will be Responsible for:

  • Develop new documentation, technical procedures, and user guides related to the D&D process.
  • Drive day-to-day KPI performance by ensuring invoicing is completed within 7 days and reducing IQ impact.
  • Maintain an overall accuracy rate of 95% or higher.
  • Ensure individual productivity remains above 100%.
  • Identify disputed invoices and perform proactive corrections to improve invoice quality.
  • Monitor processes handled in the Global Service Center, identify opportunities for quality improvement, and establish KPIs where needed to drive performance both locally and offshore.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams or coordinators to gather additional information when required

Qualifications

Graduate + Experience : in 4 yrs Good Comprehension & Written Communication.

Good Communication Skills.

Ability to use positive language process Understanding
