Drafting Technician

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Draftsman with 0-1 year of professional

experience. The ideal candidate should be proficient in preparing accurate technical drawings and

plans, supporting architects, engineers, and senior designers in executing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D drawings using AutoCAD or related drafting software.

• Assist in creating detailed technical drawings, layouts, and plans.

• Ensure accuracy, compliance with standards, and proper dimensioning in all drawings.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers and project teams to incorporate feedback.

• Maintain and update drawing records and project documentation.

• Support site team with drawings and revisions when required.

• Perform basic quantity take-offs and material estimates when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / ITI in Drafting, Architecture, Civil, or related field.

• Minimum 0-1 years of experience as a Draftsman in architecture, interior design, or civil engineering.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and MS Office.

• Good understanding of technical standards and construction practices.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
