Admin Cum Personal Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Admin cum Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage day-to-day office operations while also handling a wide range of personal and professional tasks with discretion and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and general administrative tasks
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Maintain and update filing systems, records, and databases
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and other business documents
- Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel logistics
- Assist in office procurement and vendor coordination
Personal Assistant Duties:
- Serve as the liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling, and reminders effectively
- Handle personal tasks including travel arrangements, errands, and confidential matters
- Track tasks and ensure timely follow-ups and completions
- Prepare briefing materials, background research, and documentation for meetings or events
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in all responsibilities
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities without constant supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce (B.Com), or a related field
