The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of proven experience managing complex vertical construction projects, with expertise in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementLead and manage all phases of high-rise construction projects from pre-construction through project closeoutDevelop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plansCoordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project executionMonitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain schedule and budget complianceTechnical LeadershipApply civil engineering principles to resolve complex construction challenges specific to high-rise buildingsReview and approve construction drawings, specifications, and technical submittalsEnsure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standardsOversee structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems integrationQuality & Safety ManagementImplement and enforce comprehensive safety protocols for high-rise construction environmentsConduct regular quality inspections and coordinate with quality assurance teamsEnsure adherence to OSHA regulations and company safety standardsManage risk assessment and mitigation strategies for vertical construction challengesStakeholder CommunicationServe as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and regulatory agenciesPrepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholdersFacilitate project meetings, including progress reviews and coordination sessionsManage change orders and contract modificationsRequired QualificationsEducation & CertificationBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldAdditional certifications in construction management (CCM, PMP) preferredExperience12-15 years of construction management experience with focus on high-rise buildingsProven track record managing high rise projectsExperience with buildings 35+ stories in heightBackground in commercial, residential, or mixed-use high-rise developmentsTechnical SkillsProficiency in construction management software (Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processesExperience with BIM coordination and clash detectionUnderstanding of crane operations, concrete pumping, and vertical transportation systemsKnowledge of curtain wall, structural steel, and concrete construction methodsCore CompetenciesStrong leadership and team management capabilitiesExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesFinancial acumen with experience in budget management and cost controlLocation: Remote –Mumbai, MHScheduled Weekly Hours:48If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
