Client Relationship Executive

The Restaurant Onboarding Executive will be responsible for managing the
end-to-end process of onboarding new restaurant partners onto the Swiggy platform. This role
involves coordinating with restaurant partners, ensuring all necessary documentation is
completed, and facilitating a smooth onboarding experience. The ideal candidate will have
excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for building strong
partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
● Onboarding Management:
○ Coordinate with new restaurant partners to collect and verify all required
documentation.
○ Guide restaurant partners through the onboarding process, ensuring all steps are
completed accurately and efficiently.
○ Set up restaurant profiles on the Swiggy platform, including menu listings and
pricing details.
● Relationship Building:
○ Develop and maintain positive relationships with restaurant partners.
○ Address any questions or concerns from restaurant partners during the
onboarding process.
○ Provide ongoing support to restaurant partners to ensure a successful launch on
the platform.
● Training and Support:
○ Conduct training sessions for restaurant staff on how to use the Swiggy platform.
○ Ensure restaurant partners are well-versed in Swiggy's policies and procedures.
○ Offer continuous support to restaurant partners to help them optimize their
performance on Swiggy.
● Process Improvement:
○ Identify opportunities to streamline the onboarding process and improve
efficiency.
○ Gather feedback from restaurant partners and share insights with the internal
team to enhance the onboarding experience.
○ Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to provide innovative
solutions.
● Reporting and Documentation:
○ Maintain accurate records of the onboarding process for each restaurant partner.
○ Prepare regular reports on onboarding activities and key performance indicators.
○ Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
