Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities, courses, universities, and visa processes.
  • Assist students in shortlisting suitable programs and institutions based on academic background, interests, and career goals.
  • Guide students in preparing applications, documentation, and financial papers for admissions and visa processes.
  • Stay updated on immigration and visa regulations of countries such as USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc.
  • Review student applications and check accuracy of documents before submission.
  • Conduct mock interviews and train students for visa interviews.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with students and parents throughout the application process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, embassies, and education partners.
  • Achieve individual and team targets related to student admissions and visa success rates.
  • Maintain proper records of students' data, progress, and case files.
  • Represent the organization at education fairs, seminars, and workshops.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of international education systems and visa rules.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to counsel students and provide career guidance.
  • Attention to detail in reviewing documents and applications.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to handle student queries.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, International Relations, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Prior experience in student counseling, admissions, or visa consultancy is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of multiple study-abroad destinations is an advantage.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based with occasional travel to education fairs, seminars, and embassy meetings.
  • May require flexible working hours during peak admission seasons.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹25,999.00 per month
