About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Developer who is aspiring to transition into a Software Architect role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a development team, designing high-level system architecture, and ensuring the successful execution of software projects. This role demands a strong technical foundation, leadership capabilities, and a passion for building scalable and maintainable systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of software developers across the full software development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define system architecture and high-level design documentation.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural blueprints.
  • Oversee project progress, task assignments, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in software engineering.
  • Work closely with DevOps and QA teams to ensure smooth deployment and testing processes.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical challenges.
  • Contribute to strategic technology decisions and roadmap planning.

Technical Stack

Preferred Secondary Skills:

  • Experience with HL7 messaging standards (v2.x, v3.x, FHIR)
  • Familiarity with DICOM studies communication and parsing
  • Exposure to healthcare interoperability protocols and standards

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of hands-on software development experience.
  • Proven experience in leading development teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
  • Experience with containerized applications and deployment pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
    Prior experience in healthcare domain is a plus.
