Requirements:

  • Good command over language (English), Experience of handling guests via tele communication
  • Have relevant experience of 4+ years with a
    F&B Brand
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Proactive and highly organised
  • Familiarity with POS systems, KOT (kitchen order ticket) screens, and aggregator dashboards.

Duties*:

  • Operations Management:

Ensure seamless kitchen operations across all shifts, maintaining hygiene, SOPs, and timely order dispatch.

  • Team Supervision:

Manage, schedule, and support kitchen staff to ensure productivity and team harmony.

  • Order Management & Aggregators:

Handle food aggregator platforms (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.) – ensuring menus are updated, offers are live, and orders are tracked and fulfilled efficiently.

  • Customer Support:

Attend to customer calls and resolve any order-related concerns or feedback with professionalism.

  • Inventory Management:

Maintain optimal stock levels, track daily consumption, and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishments.

  • Coordination & Reporting:

Collaborate with the central kitchen or management team for updates, daily reporting, and process improvements.
