Role Description

Designs and develops Adobe Forms (SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe) for transactional output (quotes, invoices, delivery notes, purchase orders, etc.) and correspondence, aligned to corporate branding, multilingual needs, and S/4HANA Output Management (BRF+).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Adobe Forms for transactional outputs (quotes, invoices, POs, etc.).
  • Configure
    S/4 Output Control (OPD)
    and
    BRF+
    decision tables.
  • Bind data using
    CDS/OData/RFC
    , apply scripting (JavaScript/ABAP).
  • Handle multilingual and branding requirements.
  • Migrate legacy Smart Forms to S/4 Adobe Forms.
  • Troubleshoot ADS, manage transports, and ensure output quality.

Required Skills:

  • 4–6+ years SAP Forms, 3+ years Adobe Forms (SFP + ADS).
  • Strong in
    S/4 Output Management
    ,
    BRF+
    , and
    data binding
    .
  • Good understanding of S/4 Data models in
    SD/MM/FI
    and common output objects.

Nice to Have:

  • Integration with DMS/ArchiveLink, e-invoicing, QR codes, digital signatures, PDF/A compliance.

Stakeholders:

  • Business process owners (SD, MM, FI), Brand/Communications, Basis/Output Management, Vendors/Print Houses.

Tech Stack
