Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Accommodation Associate located in Noida, India. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting students in finding and booking suitable accommodations, maintaining effective communication with property providers and landlords, managing inquiries, relaying accurate information, and ensuring a smooth booking process. Additionally, you will collaborate with the admissions team to provide recommendations and updates to enhance the student experience. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and understanding of student needs will be key.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in administrative management and data handling
  • Organizational and coordination abilities to manage responsibilities efficiently
  • Problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with the capability to work collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other digital tools
  • Prior experience in student support, accommodation services, or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline
