Role Description

The Student Accommodation Expert will be responsible for assisting students in identifying and booking suitable housing options near top universities in study destinations like the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe. Day-to-day tasks include connecting with students, understanding their accommodation needs, shortlisting verified housing options, and facilitating the booking process while providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for assisting students and building relationships with housing providers and partners
  • Customer service and problem-solving skills to understand and address client needs efficiently
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple accommodation bookings
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for managing inquiries and bookings
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of the international education sector and student accommodation market is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role, especially in the student services or housing industry, is a plus
