Job Description

As a Night Shift Associate, you'll be at the heart of our clients' success, providing critical support to the sharpest minds. Operating from 5:30 pm to 2:30 am IST, you'll connect our clients with the most relevant experts based in Europe and the Americas, guiding them through complex investment lifecycles. This isn't just about answering questions; it's about proactively identifying needs and making a tangible difference. The projects can be complex, but the impact is meaningful - every day you will get to hear directly from your clients, experts and colleagues about the difference you have made.

As a night shift team member, you'll be performing the same role as your day shift colleagues, enabling us to provide the round-the-clock premium service our clients rely upon. To ensure the full team is trained up to the same standards, the first few months of onboarding will involve in-office training with your day shift counterparts.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients: Help investors access the expert insights they need to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Recruit experts: Spend your day on the phone with top industry executives to find the most relevant matches for your clients.
• Hone your sales and negotiation skills: Pitch our products, build relationships, and drive revenue growth.
• Solve complex problems on the fly: Understand clients' projects and new markets rapidly to identify relevant experts in minutes.
• Develop a founder's mindset: Innovate, adapt, and take ownership of your success.

Please note:

• This is a hybrid role working US hours, with up to 3 days in-office and shift timings of 5:30 pm to 2:30 am.
• Your safety is our top priority, so we provide private transport to take you home at the end of your shift, as well as around-the-clock security coverage. This is a mandatory requirement, and you may not use your own transportation for return journeys on days worked in office.
