Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Tour Consultant (Domestic & International). The Tour Consultant will be responsible for organizing and conducting guided tours, providing travel consulting services, and ensuring high levels of customer service. Day-to-day tasks include planning and coordinating travel itineraries, researching and booking accommodations, assisting clients with travel-related inquiries, and handling any issues or concerns that may arise during tours.

Qualifications

  • Experience in organizing and conducting guided tours
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Expertise in travel consulting and knowledge of the travel & tourism industry
  • Ability to handle travel-related inquiries and resolve issues effectively
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in travel & tourism or related fields
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
