Job Title: HR Intern

Internship Duration: 3 months / 6 months

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and driven HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions and is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
• Maintain HR documentation and employee records.
• Support onboarding and induction process for new hires.
• Coordinate and assist in planning employee engagement activities and events.
• Help manage HR databases and update internal systems with employee information.
• Support performance review and feedback processes.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
