You will be responsible for

• Lead the end-to-end assurance and snagging process for all active and completed projects, ensuring alignment with design intent, standards, and regulatory compliance - Drive defect identification and resolution, ensuring all critical snags are captured, tracked, and closed within defined timelines. - Develop and maintain assurance frameworks(as applicable), checklists, and protocols for snagging, quality audits, and completion certification. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technical Assurance Managers, Project Managers, Engineers, Contractors, Maintenance team, and Health & Safety to ensure all quality deliverables are met and projects and completed and handed over and issues are closed down within agreed timescales and all documentations are in place. - Management of equipment and installation assurance documents, performance and report on a periodic basis for all Development & Engineering projects. - Oversee project specific assurance strategy and work with our teams to ensure we have assured and recorded all - projects to the agreed standards . - Analyse and develop insights and trends in snagging data and develop action plans to address systemic issues or recurring defects - Monitor all commissioning and O&M records , warranty certificates as part of project documentation. - Develop a knowledge base by creating guidance documents, SOPs, and training material for teams tracking assurance reviews. - Report regularly to leadership on assurance outcomes, closure status, and risk flags across projects. - Driving CI culture, implementing CI projects and innovation for within the team - Builds on Tesco processes and knowledge by applying CI tools and techniques - Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed KPI's & SLA's
