Job Responsibilities: Admin Executive (with Travel Desk Management) General Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth functioning of administrative activities.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, pantry, housekeeping, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle front-desk management, visitor coordination, and calls if required.
  • Support HR in organizing company events, meetings, and internal activities.
  • Coordinate courier, dispatch, and inward/outward material tracking.

Travel Desk Management

  • Plan, arrange, and manage domestic travel for employees (air, rail, bus).
  • Coordinate with travel agents/vendors to get best rates and ensure cost-effective bookings.
  • Arrange hotels, guest houses, and local transport (cab/vehicle) as per employee travel needs.
  • Maintain travel-related data: advance requests, reimbursements, and settlement of bills.
  • Develop and maintain travel policies & ensure employee compliance.
  • Track and maintain monthly travel MIS (travel cost, frequently traveled routes, vendor performance).

Additional Support

  • Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for vendor payments and travel reimbursements.
  • Assist senior management in scheduling travel and meetings.
  • Ensure employee satisfaction by providing seamless travel and admin support.
