Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8-12 years of experience in Sales Force Development with expertise in Agile Methodology.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices including Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD).
  • Proficiency in developing automated tests using various tools such as Automic or equivalent.
  • Experience working on complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.

DevOps Developer (50%)

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Heroku applications.
  • Automate deployment processes and ensure smooth integration across environments.
  • Monitor Heroku infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for scalability and security.
  • Collaborate with developers to enforce best practices in version control and release management.

Scrum Master (50%)

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Coach the team on Scrum principles and ensure adherence to Agile methodology.
  • Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the Heroku development team to ensure clarity on priorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills:

  • Strong experience in DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation, monitoring).

  • Hands-on experience with Heroku or Salesforce development/deployment tools.

  • Proficiency in Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps or similar platforms.

  • Agile Expertise:

  • Proven track record of managing Agile teams and delivering projects successfully.

  • Other:

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to balance technical tasks with team facilitation responsibilities.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, ).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and APIs.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance best practices.
