Role & responsibilities

  • Supervise and execute Transmission Line Construction activities Tower Foundation, Tower Erection, and Conductor Stringing works.
  • Handle Substation Civil & Electrical Works execution as per drawings and project specifications.
  • Plan and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and clients for smooth execution.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards at site.
  • Support material planning, resource allocation, and progress reporting.
  • Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and update project status to management.
  • Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues during execution.

Preferred candidate profile

  • B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical / Civil Engineering.
  • 38 years of experience in Transmission Line and Substation Project Execution.
  • Hands-on experience in Tower Foundation, Erection, Stringing & Substation Works.
  • Good understanding of project drawings, BOQs, and site management.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Candidates with Immediate to 15 Days Joining will be given preference.
