We are hiring enthusiastic individuals for the role of Travel Process Associate at our Ahmedabad office. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a strong career in customer support within the travel domain.

Role Overview

The Travel Process Associate will assist customers through written communication channels such as email, chat, text, and social media. You will handle travel-related queries, provide accurate information, and deliver exceptional service through professional communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through non-verbal written channels
  • Help customers with travel-related concerns and provide accurate solutions
  • Maintain service quality and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrate empathy, accuracy, and clarity in communication

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Freshers are welcome; prior customer support experience preferred
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and typing speed
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts, including weekends and night shifts

Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 CTC (Based on experience & interview)
