What will you drive?

  • Call customers who dropped off from the PDI booking flow.
  • Understand and resolve their concerns or technical issues.
  • Guide them through the booking process.
  • Ensure maximum conversion from leads to successful bookings.
  • Maintain daily call logs and report conversion metrics.

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience in tele sales / tele calling / customer service (preferred: automotive or service industry)
  • Good communication skills in English and local language.
  • Ability to work with targets and achieve conversion goals consistently.
  • Strong listening skills to understand customer concerns and provide tailored solutions.
  • Comfortable with high call volumes and maintaining a positive tone throughout.
