Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and search engine optimization strategy.
  • You must have an excellent understanding of search engines, and crawler behavior. Strategizing and executing measures for on-site and off-site optimization.
  • Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages.
  • Administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, webmaster tools) for purposes of diagnostic reporting on projects.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals general and keyword specific.
  • Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media, and internet marketing industry trends and developments.
  • Generate monthly performance reports on SEO KPIs (including Ranking, Traffic, CTR, Bounce Rate, Time on Page, Conversion).
  • Managing day-to-day activities of the team.
  • Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Tracking the team's performance and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
  • Min 2 years of work experience.
  • Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
  • Knowledge of best-in-class SEO and analytics tools including Google Analytics, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM and in digital marketing.
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems.
  • Experience in Team handling and management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
