Job ummary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented MBA fresher to join our team as a Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, executing, and closing projects efficiently, while coordinating between various internal departments and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project managers in organizing, planning, and executing projects from beginning to end.
  • Assist in preparing project documentation, timelines, and reports.
  • Track project deliverables and timelines to ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure that all files are up-to-date.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
  • Identify potential project risks and assist in resolving issues as they arise.
  • Support resource allocation and monitor budget utilization under guidance.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles (PMP concepts preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Strong team collaboration and coordination skills.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Project Management, Operations, or related field (2024–2025 batch).
  • B.tech (Mechanical / Electrical) or academic project experience in project coordination/management is a plus.
