  • Schedule and resource management: Coordinate project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
  • Communication and reporting: Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and external partners, and prepare progress and status reports.
  • Documentation and organization: Maintain and organize project documentation, meeting agendas, and other project-related information.
  • Budget and risk monitoring: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and identify and help mitigate risks or issues.
  • Task coordination: Assign and monitor daily tasks, track progress, and ensure team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
