About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and certified Female Zumba Trainer to conduct online Zumba sessions for national and international clients as part of our Life Online Wellness Program.

The ideal candidate should have excellent virtual teaching skills, engaging energy, and the ability to connect with participants through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Online Zumba Classes

  • Conduct daily or scheduled online Zumba sessions via Zoom, Google Meet, or other virtual platforms.
  • Design engaging routines that cater to beginner, intermediate, and advanced participants.
  • Ensure classes are interactive, safe, and high-energy.

2. Client Interaction & Engagement

  • Motivate clients and monitor participation during virtual sessions.
  • Offer modifications and personalized feedback to individuals.
  • Maintain client attendance and progress tracking sheets.

3. Content Creation & Social Media Presence

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to record short Zumba videos or reels for social media.
  • Participate in online wellness campaigns, fitness challenges, and virtual workshops.
  • Represent Life Clinics | KP Wellness Path across digital fitness communities.

4. Wellness Integration

  • Work alongside nutritionists, physiotherapists, and wellness coaches to create complete online fitness plans.
  • Support clients in weight management, PCOD, obesity, and overall wellness programs.

5. Safety & Technical Preparedness

  • Conduct sessions in a well-lit, clear, and safe space suitable for online classes.
  • Ensure stable internet connection, good audio quality, and professional presentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Certified Zumba Instructor (ZIN license preferred).
  • 1–5 years of experience conducting online or in-person Zumba classes.
  • Strong rhythm, choreography, and music synchronization skills.
  • Confident on camera and comfortable leading live sessions.
  • Excellent verbal communication and English/Hindi/Telugu fluency preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in weight loss and group fitness coaching.
  • Familiarity with social media live sessions (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook).
  • Basic knowledge of nutrition or body composition.
