Come join our team as a Scrum Master for our Data & Analytics scrum teams

**What You'll Do**
- Lead several Agile Teams as a servant leader and coach
- Ensure that the Data & Analytics Agile Teams achieve their sprint and Program Increment delivery goals
- Support the product owner in backlog refinement and prioritization
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to promote best practices across the organization
- Remove impediments blocking progress
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between development teams, product owners and stakeholders
- Collaborate across multiple trains, working with Release Train Engineers (RTE), Product Owners (POs), Data Architects and Product Managers
- Be a key part of the Program Increment planning (Pl planning) organization and facilitation
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily scrums, sprint reviews, sprint planning and retrospectives
- Provide visibility on the progress of the Agile Teams
- Drive continuous improvement and SAFe adoption through retrospectives and key performance indicators

**Required Experience**
- 2-4 years of experience leading high-performing Agile Teams as a Scrum Master
- Strong collaborator and communicator
- Highly motivated, self-starter
- Ability to facilitate and lead large group discussions
- Ability to navigate and resolve conflicts
- Proficient in Jira Software and Aha for workflow management
- Analytical, creative, and innovative approaches for driving business solutions
- Understanding of Business Intelligence a plus
- SAFe / project management related certification a plus (SAFe, PMP, PSM, CSM, or equivalent)
