We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Digital Marketing Head
who can oversee both our
Digital Marketing Team
and
Academic Faculty
. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on expertise in digital campaigns, lead generation, and the ability to ensure academic quality and industry relevance in our courses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the
    digital marketing team
    and
    academic faculty members
    .
  • Develop and execute high-impact
    digital marketing campaigns
    across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Performance Marketing, etc.).
  • Drive
    lead generation
    and manage funnels for student admissions and client projects.
  • Oversee and improve
    academic curriculum quality
    , ensuring alignment with current industry standards.
  • Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and implement strategies to optimize ROI.
  • Collaborate with management to set growth targets and ensure revenue and academic goals are achieved.
  • Manage budgets for both campaigns and academic resources effectively

Requirements

  • Minimum
    3+ years of experience
    in digital marketing leadership or management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of
    SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Analytics tools
    .
  • Prior experience in
    team management
    and
    academic/training sector
    is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of successful
    digital campaigns and lead generation
    .
  • Ability to balance academic quality with business growth targets.
