Domain Area - (CRE - Tech) Business Analyst 

Reports To - AVP

Key Working relationships:

  • An experienced individual with combination of Business (Financial Services / Commercial Real Estate Services), Management and Technology Experience. We are looking for in a candidate with an experience of identifying, planning and managing multiple software development projects including Automation, RPA, FinTech/CRE Tech projects etc.
  • The individual should have good understanding of legacy systems to modern technologies. 
  • A Management Graduate with relevant technical knowledge or any equivalent degree with strong experience would be an ideal mix.

Job Summary:

  • As a Business-focused Product Manager CRE Tech obsessed with defining and refining your product's value proposition and growing its market share with experience both in the real estate industry and rolling out a software product strategy for external clients.
  • This role will be working closely with the Service Delivery Team to identify & develop a detailed business requirement document.
  • Experience in leading product strategy to influence product development. Has in-depth knowledge of the CRE industry and ideally technical knowledge for data solutions for business. 
  • Should be familiar with both Waterfall and Agile Model development for driving the software development life cycle (SDLC) & can write business requirements in Waterfall and Agile format. 
  • Guide business teams, support users, and help them develop an automation mindset, coaching them to transition from legacy approaches to new ones with a development-oriented mindset.

Essential Skills:

  • Support in developing digital strategic plan and CRE Tech roadmap in collaboration with Stake holders across the organization
  • Design & implement a leading-edge digital platform that will provide superior customer experience
  • Align with Senior Leadership to develop, support plans and strategies for delivery, growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong background in software development lifecycle (Agile), implementation of enterprise solutions, digital applications, experience in general aspects of IT infrastructure capabilities are fundamental for success in this role.
  • Act as a liaison between Operation, Development Team and Stake Holders and support CRE software development projects throughout the development cycle.
  • Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Defining product vision and strategy in alignment with business objectives and market trends.
  • Developing and managing product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
  • Overseeing the design, prototyping, and testing phases to ensure product specifications are met.
  • Conducting market research to identify customer needs and product opportunities.
  • May interact and manage clients from North America and UK for product development, integration and providing consultation.
  • Ownership of relevant project financials (relating to projects under your management), development.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee product planning, delivery, release management, and deployment to ensure technology standards and business needs are met.
  • Ensures projects are completed on schedule and within agreed budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in leading projects with cross functional teams.
  • Should have the flair to question the status quo of current process during process walk throughs, document the finding and identify automation opportunities. 
  • Organize Knowledge Transfer sessions to the development team on project scope.
  • Arrange session of live transactions to the development team, either the self or in collaboration with Service Delivery Team.
  • Perform and Monitor UAT, plan for product implementation rollout with Service Delivery Team.  
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of management.
  • Solid experience in end-to-end delivery of digital products.
  • Must have knowledge and experience in systems integration, application development, enterprise application implementations, strong familiarity with cloud models and information security.
  • Well experienced in identifying complex problems; taking an analytical approach for problem solving.
  • Good knowledge of Project management tools including MS Project, MS Visio and Excel.

Essential Skills/ Experience & Qualification:

Technical Skills

  • Overall experience of 15 years with 3 – 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Project / Program Lead, PMP certification or Agile certified product manager.
  • Customer facing roles / experience will be an added advantage.
  • Computer Science or an Engineering degree, MBA (Finance) or any equivalent degree will be an added advantage.
