We are looking for a skilled and passionate Civil Trainer to join our training institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical and practical training in Civil Engineering concepts, software tools, and construction techniques to students or working professionals. You will help learners develop job-ready skills and prepare them for careers in the construction and infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Revit, Primavera, MS Project (as applicable)
  • Design and develop course materials, lesson plans, and practical assignments.
  • Ensure learners understand both theoretical and hands-on aspects of civil engineering.
  • Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and project evaluations.
  • Provide mentorship and career guidance to students.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, construction technologies, and training methodologies.
  • Maintain training records and prepare progress reports.
  • Collaborate with academic coordinators, industry partners, and placement teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering (M.Tech is a plus)
  • Prior experience in teaching or working in the construction industry
  • Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, or other civil tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Patience, clarity in teaching, and ability to engage learners of different levels
  • Ability to manage classroom or online training environments

Pay : 10k to 15k

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
