Growth and Purpose Office - Senior Analyst – CSR

The Social Impact Group (SIG) operates within the Growth and Purpose Office, aiming to integrate and streamline Deloitte's social impact initiatives for enhanced scalability and community impact both nationally and locally. In this position, you will work closely with Deloitte professionals within the SIG, internal stakeholders, NGOs and others for making an impact in the community and driving the culture of "giving back" to the community.

• Responsible for managing office locations (Gurgaon/Kolkata) for CSR programs/initiatives
• Manage, execute and monitor (project management) CSR programs/initiatives (Impact Everyday, Deloitte Employee giving, Impact Day etc) at smaller office locations (Gurgaon/Kolkata) for successful implementation.
• Responsible for managing the CSR budget for their office locations through identifying and presenting projects
• Identify, evaluate NGOs/projects and manage local NGO chapter relationships at respective office location
• Manage and monitor each NGO project as per the scope of the project to ensure and confirm overall impact of the project. Work with NGO to make necessary changes to project(s) basis situations, drivers to meet the stated or planned objective(s).
• Work with NGOs to manage fund flow as per approved project proposals to enable timely disbursement of funds for project implementation, to make necessary changes to project(s) basis situations, drivers to meet the stated or planned objective(s).
• Support program owner (AM/DM) with key CSR initiative(s)
• Manage and execute employee engagement activities at respective office locations

Support with finance management –

• Support and develop understanding of accounting principles and internal controls from AM
• Validate processes, bills/invoices/receipts and utilization certificates (UCs) to confirm overall funding
• Validate project changes through a FY and ensure changes are implemented as per timelines.
• Work with finance team with various period-end activities related to accounting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Have an eye for details with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency, assist in technology-based enhancements as well as coordination of testing and implementation.

Interact and involve local office leadership in CSR programs, conduct/participate in learning programs to increase knowledge/understanding about CSR initiatives

Responsible for creating a culture of 'giving back to the community' to approx . 20,000+ professionals in each office location through various campaigns and volunteering (Impact Everyday, Stepup etc)

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelors and/or Masters; in Social Work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) and/or Xavier Institute of Social services - Existing work experience with social development sector and/or CSR project and finance management with corporates [AD2]
