English Tutor - Part-time

Professional Soft-Tech is looking for an experienced and qualified English tutor to join our team and help our employees improve their English communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assess the current level of English proficiency of our employees and design personalized learning plans
• Conduct online or in-person sessions to teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and other aspects of the English language
• Provide feedback and guidance to help our employees overcome their challenges and achieve their goals
• Monitor and evaluate the progress and performance of our employees and provide regular reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience as an English tutor or teacher for adults
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
• Familiarity with various online platforms and tools for teaching English
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Passion for teaching and helping others learn

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
• English teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
