About the Role:
We're seeking a
Manager – Analytics (Commercial & Finance)
to lead analytics for a leading Indian business. The role focuses on evaluating financial & business data, optimizing pricing & discount strategies, bullion analytics, and driving commercial insights to enhance customer experience and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize
discount & pricing frameworks
with Finance and Merchandising teams. - Conduct
bullion analytics
to improve asset performance and ROI. - Provide
consumer & commercial insights
from invoices, purchase patterns, and exchange programs. - Partner with Retail & Commercial teams to drive
billing & cashiering efficiency projects
.
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years' experience in
Finance, Strategy, or Analytics
. - Strong
analytical skills, business acumen, and stakeholder management
. - Proficiency in
Excel, financial modelling, and statistics
(basic coding is a plus). - Exposure to
consumer goods or retail industry
preferred.
