Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property/site visits with prospective customers and explain project details.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, channel partners, and local market stakeholders.
  • Assist the sales team in generating leads and achieving sales targets.
  • Gather market intelligence, competitor pricing, and updates on new project launches.
  • Handle customer queries during site visits and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and sales support.
  • Provide regular reports on field activities and customer feedback to management.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any stream (Real Estate/Sales background preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate field sales/operations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork and client meetings.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
  • Own vehicle with a valid driving license preferred.
