Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to boost brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Manage and schedule content using social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust the strategy accordingly.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop a unified brand voice and messaging across all channels.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a positive online reputation.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns.
  • Excellent content creation skills, with the ability to write compelling copy and create eye-catching visuals.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and paid advertising on social media platforms.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
