Factory Manager

Production & Operations Management

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily factory operations including CNC laser cutting, bending, welding, powder coating, assembly, and finishing.
• Manage production of kiosks, ATM enclosures, LED video wall cabinets, mounting structures, and custom metal fabrications.
• Ensure production targets, delivery timelines, and quality standards are consistently met.
• Optimize workflow, machine utilization, and manpower allocation.

CNC & Fabrication Oversight

• Supervise CNC operations (laser cutting, punching, bending/press brake).
• Ensure correct interpretation of technical drawings, CAD files, and fabrication designs.
• Monitor tooling, fixtures, preventive maintenance, and machine calibration.
• Reduce material wastage and improve yield efficiency.

Quality Control & Compliance

• Implement and monitor quality assurance and inspection processes.
• Ensure adherence to specifications, tolerances, and finishing standards.
• Address non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain ISO, safety, and industry compliance standards.

Team Leadership & Workforce Management

• Lead, train, and supervise production supervisors, CNC operators, fabricators, welders, and helpers.
• Conduct performance reviews and skill development programs.
• Maintain discipline, productivity, and a safe working environment.

Inventory & Supply Chain Management

• Oversee procurement of raw materials (MS, SS, aluminum sheets, hardware, electronics housings).
• Manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely material delivery.

Cost Control & Reporting

• Monitor production costs, labor efficiency, and overheads.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost and increase efficiency.

Health, Safety & Housekeeping

• Enforce workplace safety standards and PPE compliance.
• Ensure proper handling of machinery, electrical systems, and heavy materials.
• Maintain factory housekeeping and 5S standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of CNC cutting, bending, sheet metal fabrication, welding, and assembly
• Experience in kiosk, ATM enclosure, and LED video wall manufacturing
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD designs
• Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, and quality systems
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/MRP systems (preferred)
