  • 3 years of prior product/technical support customer facing experience
  • Must have good knowledge working in Azure cloud technical support
  • Good to have technical skills and hands-on experience in following areas: Deployment through Terraform,PowerShell/CLI, Identity Management, Azure Resource Group Management, Azure PaaS services e.g.: ADF, Databricks, Storage Account
  • Understanding about the machine leaning and AI concept related to Infrastructure.
  • Unity catalog end to end process to migrate from hive to UC
  • Excellent team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience of Life Science and Health care domain preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Resource Group creation along with various component deployment using Terraform Template
  • Management of user access in Azure PaaS product such as Azure SQL, WebApp, AppService, Storage Account , DataBricks, DataFactory
  • Creation of Service Principle/AD groups and managing access using this to various application
  • Troubleshoot issues regarding access, data visualizations, permission issues
