Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic professional with dual expertise in Business Analysis to lead strategic initiatives in the corporate savings and capital markets domain. The ideal candidate will bridge business objectives and technology solutions, driving delivery of savings plan platforms, investment management solutions, and process automation projects within asset management or financial services environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis

• Engage with business stakeholders, investment managers, and operations teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and user stories aligned with corporate savings and capital markets workflows.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development and QA teams.
• Conduct gap analysis between existing and target systems, ensuring business coverage and compliance alignment.
• Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring that delivered solutions meet business expectations.

Project Management

• Lead end-to-end project execution — from initiation, planning, and resource allocation to delivery and closure.
• Manage cross-functional project teams(including business analysts, developers,

QA teams & subject matter experts), timelines, and budgets while ensuring adherence to scope and quality standards.

Identify project risks, define mitigation strategies, and maintain transparent communication with internal and client stakeholders.

• Track progress using project management tools and prepare regular status reports and dashboards.
• Foster collaboration between business, IT, and partners to ensure smooth delivery and change management.

Required Skills and Experience

• 8–12 years of experience in financial services, asset management, or fintech, with combined exposure to business analysis and project management.
• Proven expertise in corporate or employee savings plans, defined contribution schemes, or investment/retirement products (preferred).
• Strong understanding of capital market instruments – equities, mutual funds, ETFs, fixed income.
• Working knowledge on PMS, OMS & Reconciliation tools.
• Proficiency with data analysis & business intelligence tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI, VBA).
• Familiarity with data management, workflow automation, and compliance frameworks (e.g., FATCA, KYC, PDPL, GDPR).
• Experience with ETL, integration, or reporting tools in an enterprise environment (preferred).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid client-facing setup, engaging with business, IT, and operations teams.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.

Preferred Certifications (Value-Added
)

• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CIPM (Certificate in Investment
• Performance Measurement) for investment domain credibility.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or Prince2 for project governance excellence.
• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) for advanced analytical capability.
• FRM (Financial Risk Manager) or Agile/Scrum Master Certification as additional strengths.

Work Environment

• Role involves close collaboration with business sponsors, technical teams, and client stakeholders.
• Opportunities to lead transformation initiatives in the corporate savings, asset management, and financial data management domains.

Job Location
– Powai, Mumbai with willingness to travel to Saudi Arabia on a long term

basis. This is not a hybrid/WFH role.

Shift Days
- Sunday to Thursday
