Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, and Salary Accounts.
  • Cross-sell a wide range of banking products to customers.
  • Engage in cold calling, handle walk-in inquiries, and leverage referrals, emails, direct mail, ATM interactions, and other lead generation methods.
  • Build and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed customer acquisition and sales targets.
  • Maintain strict compliance with KYC norms and banking regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in banking, financial services, or a similar sector.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven and customer-focused approach.
  • Knowledge of local market and customer base in the assigned area.
