Key Requirements:

Total 7-10 years of experience with 5+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM

Minimum 3 full-cycle implementations of Oracle Recruitment Cloud

Experience in end-to-end ORC configuration and functional flow design

Familiarity with AI features in ORC; Recruitment Booster experience is a plus

Deep understanding of Fusion Apps Security

Strong documentation and training material creation

Experience with test case design for recruitment processes

Prior experience in UAT coordination

Familiar with cloud upgrade and maintenance processes

Self-driven with excellent communication skills

Preferably worked with global clients; MEA region experience is a plus
