The Role
Were not looking for a "hiring manager" who just fills positions. We need a People Person - someone with excellent people skills, a proven record of creating cohesive and productive workplaces, and a strong intellectual & emotional quotient. The right candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and nurturing our culture while ensuring we bring on board the right talent who align with our vision and values.
Responsibilities
- Work with leadership to define and build company culture in alignment with our growth goals.
- Design and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies that attract candidates who fit our culture and values.
- Serve as the bridge between management and employees to maintain a harmonious, productive work environment.
- Onboard new employees in a way that sets them up for success and integrates them into the Wonder Goods culture from day one.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and development through proactive HR programs.
- Bring fresh, out-of-the-box thinking to enhance workplace satisfaction and performance.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years' proven experience in HR at a company in a fast-growth stage.
- Demonstrated success in building or enhancing workplace culture.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively in finding and retaining great talent.
- Experience in creating a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven environment.
- Not just a "process person" - you're strategic, proactive, and passionate about people and company culture.
