About the position

As Financial Controller you are a member of the European Financial Controlling team. You work from our office in Bangalore and you directly report to the Regional Financial Controller as part of our virtual team set-up across different locations.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly qualified senior financial controlling professional to strengthen our European Financial Controlling team. We are looking for an absolute A-player in finance with strong communication skills who is ready to take on this senior role in Flora Food Group.
So, what does it take to be successful in this role?
Leading financial control activities for one of the region within Europe
– You'll own Balance Sheet and P&L reporting, month-end close processes, and provide insights on overhead and cash flow.Ensuring compliance and statutory reporting
– You'll manage local tax filings, statutory requirements, and liaise with auditors to ensure adherence to IFRS and company policies.Partnering with senior stakeholders across functions
– You'll collaborate with supply chain, treasury, tax, and group finance teams, acting as a trusted advisor and communicator in a virtual setup.Driving process improvements and R2R initiatives
– You'll lead projects to enhance financial systems and processes, including balance sheet reconciliations, VAT compliance, and FS in-housing.Providing strategic insights and leadership impact
– You'll articulate financial results and strategies, challenge the status quo, and contribute to building a high-performing financial control organization.
