**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage data science projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Design and implement advanced machine learning algorithms and models, focusing on Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing solutions.
  • Analyze large sets of structured and unstructured data to derive insights and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop data-driven strategies to address them.
  • Communicate findings through compelling visualizations and presentations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and data science to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
  • Mentor and guide junior data scientists and team members, fostering a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing.

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience in data science, with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and NLP.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python, and experience with libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data modeling, and statistical analysis.
  • Experience working with NLP tasks such as sentiment analysis, text classification, and language modeling.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical information to diverse audiences.
