Key Responsibilities:

  • Work Directly with the Founder: Collaborate closely with the founder on strategic growth projects, campaigns, and experiments.
  • Build from Scratch: Work in a true 0-to-1 setuplaunch new growth experiments, marketing initiatives, and acquisition channels with speed and ownership.
  • Campaign Ownership: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, email, WhatsApp, etc.) to drive conversions and reactivation.
  • Product & Content Marketing: Collaborate with cross teams to translate offerings into compelling messaging, landing pages, emailers, and drip campaigns.
  • Performance Tracking: Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards to monitor and report campaign performance, ROAS, CPL, and other key metrics.
  • Lead Nurturing: Strategize and execute automated and manual workflows to move leads down the funnel—via WhatsApp and email.
  • Creative Direction: Work with the design and content teams to produce high-converting creatives, videos, and copy for campaigns.
  • New Initiatives: Devise new methods and strategies to move leads down the funnel and improve conversion at each stage
  • Cross-Functional Ownership: Lead and manage initiatives that span across growth, product, marketing, partnerships, and ops—ensuring alignment and execution excellence.
  • A/B Testing: Continuously experiment with creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages to optimize performance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between marketing, sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment across initiatives.
