Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and update project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.

Develop baseline programs, monitor progress, and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.

Prepare and analyze S-curves, manpower histograms, and progress tracking dashboards.

Coordinate with site, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure timely project execution.

Identify and report potential delays, critical paths, and suggest mitigation measures.

Prepare RA Bills, client and subcontractor billing, and verify work quantities executed at site.

Conduct quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation from drawings.

Track and maintain material consumption and reconciliation records.

Support in tendering, rate analysis, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Prepare and maintain variation statements, change orders, and cost-to-complete forecasts.

Coordinate with QA/QC, planning, and accounts teams for smooth billing and documentation.

Participate in project review meetings and provide schedule, cost, and progress updates.

Support management with budget planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.

Maintain proper documentation for all commercial and contractual correspondence.

Experience in a minimum of two "Mivan shuttering projects" along with at-least "2 high-rise building execution".
