Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Responsible for overall project management at an enterprise level. Essentially, we have 5 strategic objectives for the year and this person will be responsible for project managing all the 5 projects. These are complex projects and involve creating project plan that detail out planning, organizing, implementation, monitoring and control elements, working on governance protocols, creating stakeholder communication plan, dashboard reporting and other insights that the projects need. 

• Stakeholder Engagement: The resource will be responsible for creating the communication and escalation program, timeline charts, escalation protocols and provide stakeholders will all the information required to drive projects to achieve the strategic objectives 

• Quality Assurance and Governance: While the projects need visibility at all levels, this person will be responsible for integrating QMS (quality management system) for all the project plans and accordingly plan for project governance, which will detail out frequency, audience, topics and sequential committees and how they will be implemented. 

• Financial Management: All projects will have a specific budget and the person will be responsible for managing all the projects within the given budget and this calls for knowledge related to finance management, including dashboard reporting 

• Other duties as assigned: Depending on the situation, we may allocate special projects on a need be basis. 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.  

• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with a focus on tax audit and consulting services. 

• Proven track record of managing large-scale enterprise projects and leading cross-functional teams  

Preferred Qualifications:   

• Master's degree or MBA preferred. 

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification preferred.
