Accountant

Location: Noida Sector 63

Salary: Up to 12 LPA

Experience Required:

  • 10+ years (if the candidate has cleared CA or ICWA)
  • 15+ years (if not qualified CA/ICWA)
  • Candidates residing nearby or willing to relocate close to the workplace will be preferred.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with strong financial management and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance, with prior experience in managing accounts for an organization with a turnover of 100 crore or more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the entire accounting function including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and finalize financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable laws.
  • Liaise with auditors, consultants, and financial institutions.
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and cost controls for effective financial management.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
  • Implement and maintain accounting systems and internal controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualification: CA / ICWA (preferred). Candidates without CA/ICWA should have a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in handling accounts of a company with at least 100 Cr turnover.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or ERP systems).
  • Up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations, GST, TDS, and compliance norms.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

  • High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a small finance team.
  • Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around Noida Sector 63.
