Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager located in Chennai. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing store inventory, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. Additional tasks include providing excellent customer service, developing clear communication channels with staff, and supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and store goals.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Communication skills
  • Experience in Store Management
  • Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Previous experience in a retail environment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
