Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Generate new business leads through networking, exhibitions, and industry contacts.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients (wholesalers, retailers, distributors, brands, and export houses).

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activities.

Present and promote textile/garment products to customers with technical knowledge (fabrics, styles, quality, pricing).

Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and contracts with clients.

Coordinate with production, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS for management review.

Ensure after-sales service and handle customer complaints effectively.

Contribute to product development by providing customer feedback and market insights.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in garments, textiles, or fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of fabrics, garment production, and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage key accounts and build long-term relationships.
  • Target-oriented with strong business acumen.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/ERP/CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and market visits.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Textile Engineering, Fashion Management, or related field.

· 4–7 years of sales experience in garment/textile/apparel industry.

· Experience in B2B sales, retail sales, or export sales will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
