Key Responsibilities:

  • Workday Reporting

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain Advanced, Matrix, and Calculated Field reports in Workday.

  • Gather reporting requirements from HR, Finance, and business teams and translate them into effective Workday reports.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with security and confidentiality policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve report-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

  • Support Workday system upgrades and new feature releases impacting reporting.

  • Excel & Data Analysis

  • Extract, analyze, and present Workday data using Excel (Intermediate) functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, and basic formulas.

  • Prepare management reports and dashboards for decision-making.

  • Combine Workday data with other data sources for consolidated reporting when required.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with HRIS, HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure reports align with business needs.

  • Train business users on Workday reporting capabilities and self-service options.
