Role Description
The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates to meet hiring needs for the organization. Day-to-day tasks include identifying recruitment needs, building a talent pipeline, conducting interviews, assessing candidate fit, and coordinating with hiring managers. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad that requires travel within assigned regions as part of talent acquisition efforts.
Qualifications
- Experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in recruitment tools, techniques, and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to dynamic hiring needs and work independently
- Understanding of local job markets and recruitment trends in the region
- Previous experience in retail or supermarket recruitment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
