What You'll Do

• Develop and automate solutions and data pipelines to address a range of analytical challenges.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that shape business outcomes using the latest technology.
• Use SQL to source, prepare, and analyze data, and refactor legacy SQL into efficient, well-documented code.
• Apply a range of analytical techniques, from descriptive analytics to advanced methods, to build sustainable solutions.
• Identify key metrics and indicators to enhance program understanding and give to our measurement capabilities.
• Engage and influence global customers to understand business challenges and co-design effective solutions.
• Collaborate with analysts and engineers to continuously improve our data platform and internal processes.
• Work closely with a diverse mix of technical and business customers to accelerate your growth and career progression.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Physical Sciences with 7 plus years of experience in data analytics with a proven track record of delivering business impact.
• Advanced SQL skills, with the ability to write high-quality, scalable, and easy-to-understand code.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and its practical application to real-world scenarios.
• Experience developing automated solutions and data pipelines is a significant advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or other modern cloud data warehouses.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and data presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a sharp focus on results and attention to detail.
